Return/Exchange Policy:
We want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase from Tongass Trading Co. If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your online order, please call us at 1-800-235-5102, so we can make it right.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund. Tongass Trading Co. will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) to your original form of payment for items returned within 60 days. All items must be in their original condition, with tags attached: clothing must be unworn and unwashed. Shipping fees are not refundable. For returns and exchanges, use the step-by-step instructions below to return by mail:
Step 1: Package your items and your return form.
- Place your items in a box – the one your order came in can easily be reused.
- Enclose the bottom half of your packing slip from your order to use as your return form.
- If you need a new return form, you can find one on our website here.
- If you are unable to include your return form because you misplaced the packing slip or don’t have access to a printer, be sure to include a note with your order number, best contact number, billing name, and address on a piece of paper with your return item(s).
Step 2: Take your package to the carrier of your choice.
- Be sure that your return is properly insured and trackable, so you’ll be able to ensure your package arrives as expected.
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on returned items. Shipping costs for returned items are not covered by Tongass Trading Co.*

Step 4: Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return/exchange once received in the mail.
How will I be refunded?
60 days or less from the order date, all returns will be credited to the original form of payment; thereafter, a gift card will be issued and emailed to you at the email address associated with the original order. Refund amounts will not include shipping and handling charges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
For exchanges, an email confirmation containing tracking information will be sent to the email associated with the original order. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available once your package has been accepted by USPS.
*Shipping cost will be covered by Tongass Trading Co. if you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item. In this case, please be sure to reach out to us prior to shipping the item(s) back.
**All returns are final. Items sent to Tongass Trading Co. outside of the terms of this Return Policy are not subject to refund and will not be returned to sender.
