What is your return policy?
Our goal is to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase from Tongass Trading Co.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just return it to us for an exchange or full refund to your credit card. Exchanged products will be shipped to you free of charge. This return policy is good for one year from date of purchase.

Do you have a merchandise guarantee?
Yes, we guarantee all of our products for one year from date of purchase. We also warranty all of our furniture for five years. Defects caused by normal wear and tear, or abuse, do not apply.
Do you protect my privacy?
How do you ship your orders?
All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. International orders are shipped Global Express Mail or Global Priority Mail. Food products can only be shipped to the U.S. and Canadian destinations. For more information please click here.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will not be charged unless the shipping destination is within the Ketchikan Gateway Borough of Alaska. Tax will be removed at the time of checkout.
What are my payment options?
Purchases on the website or by phone can be made by major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are encryption secured.
Do you gift wrap?
Sorry at this time we do not offer gift wrapping on web orders.

We have many other items available that are not on our website. For your convenience we have placed our most popular best sellers on the site. If there is anything special that you would like that is not on the website feel free to contact us and we can take your order by phone. Some merchandise is subject to seasonal availability.
