If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just return it to us for an exchange or full refund to your credit card. Exchanged products will be shipped to you free of charge. This return policy is good for one year from date of purchase.

Yes, we guarantee all of our products for one year from date of purchase. We also warranty all of our furniture for five years. Defects caused by normal wear and tear, or abuse, do not apply.
All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. International orders are shipped Global Express Mail or Global Priority Mail. Food products can only be shipped to the U.S. and Canadian destinations. For more information please see shipping.
Sales tax will not be charged unless the shipping destination is within the Ketchikan Gateway Borough of Alaska. Tax will be removed at the time of checkout.

Yes, gift wrapping is available upon request, by indicating so in the comment field when you place your order. Also, please indicate male or female, Birthday or holiday. A small gift card can also be included, when you indicate a message in the comment field. A gift wrapping charge of $3.95 per gift box will be added to your order at the time of shipping. Some irregular sized items might not be available for gift wrapping.
